The installer was most knowledgeable and took his time to make sure everything was properly located and functional. He assisted with the ADT app and made sure I was 100% satisfied with my system!
Greg Johnson with Goodwin Security who helped with my order as well as scheduling the installation was outstanding to work with! The team at Goodwin was incredibly helpful in getting our family a security that met our needs and budget. They took the time to understand our home layout, security priorities, and make sure we got the most out of our spend. Clearly explained the whole process, provided excellent service, and never made us feel like we were being sold.
